Sep 24, 2014 - FFJ Empty Shoe Campaign [Calgary AB] ~ Part 5 ~ CLOSING REMARKS

FFJ wishes to thank all the guest speakers for taking the time to help us with this event today.  It truly means a great deal to us.  We also want to thank the media.  Without you we would have a very hard time getting our message out.

You have all shown us so much support and respect regarding our tragedies.  We appreciate your compassion as we all try to plot a course down this road.  You all walk with us and we thank you.

There are no words invented by man that can truly articulate the senseless loss of ones child.  I need to thank my family and my special angel Bradley, he gives me the strength to do this.  There are many angels to thank…too

To all of you who came out today to support and listen to us and to the 70,000+ people who have signed our petition.  Thank you.

To the volunteers, you all are truly amazing and wonderful people. I know one angel who is very proud of you.

There is really only one thing I know for sure and that is

“OUR ARMS ARE STRONGER TOGETHER”

and

“TOGETHER WE CAN AND WILL SAVE LIVES”

On behalf of Families for Justice, from the bottom of our hearts, we thank you very much.

Our message is really simple.  If you drink, don’t drive and if you drive, don’t drink.
