Jun 28, 2012 - PRELIMINARY HEARING SET IN FATAL CRASH (Koralea Boettger's case)


A preliminary hearing was set today for a Stettler man charged with impaired driving causing death in connection with a crash near Erskine.

Stettler RCMP allege a pickup truck travelling on a gravel road hit the ditch and crashed into some trees on Feb. 11, 2012. Passenger Koralea Boettger, 17, died at the scene.

Trevor James Dahl, 20, will be in court for a preliminary hearing in Stettler on Feb. 26, 2013. He was charged with impaired driving causing death, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle causing death and refusing to provide a breath sample after a fatal collision. Dahl was released from custody on March 7, 2012.
