An Alberta mom wants the offense of "impaired driving causing death" changed to "vehicular manslaughter" and a minimum mandatory sentence imposed. What would this kind of change to the criminal code mean for impaired driving laws in our province?

We talk to Jonathan Denis, Alberta Justice Minister; Sheri Arsenault, from Families for Justice; and Shannon Prithipaul, from the Gunn Law Group.

The segment will air on the CTV2 network on Wednesday, August 14th beginning at 7:09 PM, 11:09 PM  and Thursday, August 14th between 11:09 AM.
